Happy New Year to you! I hope your 2019 is foo to a good start. Mine certainly is. Here’s a painting of the glowing late afternoon sun coming through the trees as we headed around the last bend on Mackworth Island. It was a frigid and beautiful walk along the shore and on the trail. Getting out in winter can feel hard, but it never disappoints … as long as you are dressed for it!
