My name is Elizabeth Fraser & I am a painter from Portland, Maine. I started doing 8 square paintings a week on January 15, 2006 & haven't looked back! On the 2nd anniversary of my daily painting project, I decided to switch up my routine a bit & not limit myself to the 5x5 inch oil on paper format that I had followed for 829 paintings ... I will continue on with the square format, but will now work with different sizes, from 5x5 to 30x30. Each painting is available for sale directly from this site for 1 week & then it goes into my e-bay store. My daily commission pieces will vary in size. It feels good to be beack in my studio groove! :-) We
didn’t really have a sunrise here this morning, so I
decided to paint another Lake Champlain Sunrise
painting. This view is moments after yesterday’s
painting. I love watching the light change as the sun
comes up!
