It’s hard to put into words what the experience
was like ... it was so many things, from
inspiring & intense to joyful & mind
blowing to DELICIOUS! We ended the workshop with
a 12 hour day in Boston at Grezzo, her raw vegan
restaurant in the North End, and everything about
the day was pretty cool--the chefs were so
talented & full of information. We ended the
night with some fabulous desserts ... this was a
chocolate meringue served with their homemade
gelato ... the presentation was exquisite as was
the taste. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM!
