Sunrise at the Head Light • oil on canvas • 22×28 • SOLD
This is a painting I did for consideration of a wine bottle label. While this painting wasn’t chosen for the label, the one that they did pick has a very distant Portland Head Light in it. Check it out here. 🙂 Anyways, I love this painting for its moodiness and dramatic feel. 🙂
Veggie Bath • 8×8 • oil on canvas • SOLD

A Basket of Cherry Tomatoes • 8×8 • oil on canvas • SOLD

Sliver of a Moon Over Fort Gorges • 5×5 • oil on canvas • SOLD
We have had a lot of clear nights with gorgeous moons recently & I just LOOOOVE it! I couldn’t resist painting this sliver of a moon over my Fort Gorges on Casco Bay. A little piece of heaven.
September Sunrise • 5×5 • oil on canvas • SOLD
Nothing like starting the day with a walk on the Eastern Prom at sunrise. I am a sucker for the dramatic sunrises with wild clouds & glowing skies, but there is something so serene and hopeful about a crystal clear morning sunrise, don’t you think?
Red Onions • 5×5 • oil on canvas • SOLD
The Farmers’ Market is so inspiring–all of the fresh produce is absolutley beautiful & sooooooo delicious. I was feeling a little sleepy this morning & almost skipped out … so glad I didn’t. I would have hated to miss out on these gorgeous red onions … and the kale, chard, cukes, husk cherries, tomatoes, white onions & garlic that I cam home with. Can’t wait to whip up a husk cherry salsa … that is if I don’t eat them all before I get chopping.
